MaxLock® Foot/Ankle Plate and Screw System
The MaxLock System is a multiple indication foot and ankle orthopedic system. The system was designed by a small team of surgeons who specialize in foot and ankle internal fixation. The MaxLock System is a low profile, anatomically designed plate that offers multi-planar fixation. The system is extremely versatile and can be used for many different indications, such as:

The system contains 5 different plate sizes in both alpha and beta versions (10 plates total), 2.7 mm and 3.5 mm diameter non-locking screws in a variety of lengths and an assortment of instruments, many of which are custom designed. The hybrid screw, in conjunction with the plate design, offers 30˚ conical freedom, which enhances pull out strength and torsional stability, through multi-planar fixation and maximum purchase. The MaxLock System includes:
- 5 different plate sizes – slotless, one-slot, two-slot, three slot and four slot versions
- 2.7 mm and 3.5 mm diameter non-locking screws in a variety of lengths.
- An assortment of surgical instruments including drill bits, drill guides, HexStar drivers and many more.
