Plates

The plates of the DRLock System are anatomically designed to provide an improved fit to the volar surface of the radius. This unique design decreases the possibility of misplacement during surgery. The DRLock System allows surgeons multi-planar fixation, which provides increased stability.

• Unique design of distal screw angles allow for an easy capture of the problematic dorsal ulnar facet fragment
• The screw placement distally allows for fragment specific capture of common fracture components (radial styloid & lunate facet) without compromise of articular surfaces (radio-carpal and radio-ulnar joints)
• Slotted hole allows for "fine tuning" of plate position prior to final screw placement
• Staggered proximal holes allow for non-parallel screw placement providing multi planar fixation. 
• The distal contour of the plate allows for maximum support of the volar articular margin with minimal plate prominence
