At OrthoHelix, our employees take a team approach to our business, with each team member accepting responsibility for the company success. We are effective as an organization because we voice opinions and accept outcomes, to make better future decisions and maintain consistent growth performance. Our values are; Integrity, Dedication, Focus, Speed and Compliance.
The OrthoHelix team built our Strategic Plan with input at every level. Our internal focus is efficiency. This is a must as we emerge from being a startup company to a viable competitor in the extremity business. We will continue this focus, as we grow, and fight any temptation to become slothful. Our external focus is on service. We work together and act as one to build a reputation as a company that serves our surgeon customers with products and support to make surgeries faster and safer, with excellent patient outcomes.
We tend not to concern ourselves with external market factors that are unrelated to our business or out of our control. An example is the current healthcare bill approved in congress. Realistically, OrthoHelix, because of our size, cannot spend money on lobbying efforts: we cannot try and change policy. What we can do, is continue practicing fundamentals of good business operations to stay competitive with our product performance and customer acceptance. We will do all of the little things right, and the big things will happen
